High flexibility and bending resistance: multi-stranded fine stranded into a bundle of copper wire structure and optimised cable design, so that it has a high degree of flexibility, bending radius is small, can withstand frequent bending and movement, to adapt to the injection moulding machine in the process of the movement of various parts of the motion requirements, drag chain times up to 2 million times or more, extending the service life of the wire harness.

Excellent material: the core is usually made of high-purity oxygen-free copper or high-strength bend-resistant tinned copper wire, which has good electrical conductivity and low resistance, and reduces the loss in the signal transmission process. Main function

It is mainly used to connect the encoder of the servo motor of the injection moulding machine with the controller, and accurately transmit the feedback signals detected by the encoder such as motor position and speed to the controller. The controller adjusts the running status of the motor in real time according to these feedback signals to achieve the control of process parameters such as injection volume, injection speed, holding pressure, etc. of the injection moulding machine, so as to improve the quality and productivity of injection moulded products and reduce the scrap rate.
