Components
Control circuit: Responsible for processing control signals for power-on and power-off, typically contains a microcontroller or logic circuit, capable of decoding and processing input signals to control the power state of the device.
Power management circuit: a circuit used to manage the power supply of a device, including functions such as voltage conversion, regulation, current control, etc., to ensure that the device receives a stable power supply during the power-on and power-off process. For example, to meet the normal power-on requirements of the Air780E module, the voltage of the VBAT power pin must be between 3.3V and 4.3V, the continuous power supply current must be greater than 1A, and the instantaneous power supply current must be greater than 2A.
Interface circuit: provides a connection interface with external devices or systems to receive power-on and power-off instructions and transmit relevant signals. Common interfaces include serial ports, USB interfaces, GPIO interfaces, etc.
Application scenarios
IoT devices: such as smart sensors, smart meters, smart locks, etc., through the power-on/power-off module, it is possible to remotely control the power-on/power-off of the devices, to save energy and extend the life of the devices.
Industrial automation equipment: In industrial production, the power-on and power-off module can be used to control the startup and shutdown of various industrial equipment, achieving the control and management of automated production processes.
Consumer electronic devices: such as smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, etc., the power-on/power-off module is an important part of the device's power management. Users can trigger the power-on/power-off module by pressing the power button or other methods to achieve the power-on, power-off, restart, etc. of the device.
Product advantages
Enhance equipment reliability: By controlling the power state of the equipment, reduce equipment failures and damage caused by power fluctuations or anomalies, and improve the stability and reliability of the equipment.
Energy saving: The startup and shutdown times of the equipment can be flexibly controlled according to the actual needs of the equipment, avoiding the waste of energy caused by the equipment being on for a long time, and helping to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
Convenient remote control: The support for remote control function allows users to switch on and off the device via the network or other remote communication methods, which facilitates the management and maintenance of the device, especially for device clusters deployed on a large scale.
